In 2008 Alexander Palm gained initial  experience in the challenge of filming stereoscopic 3D. Ever since he combines technical understanding for the rather complex 3D stereoscopy physics and calculations with his creative skills as a director of photography, 3D-consultant and stereographer.

Two years before "Avatar" Alexander Palm shot his first commercial in stereoscopic 3D. Ever since he improved his skills with hands-on understanding of the newest stereoscopic 3D equipment while working on 3D projects and professional equipment tests. Keeping pace with latest technological 3D breakthrough.

3D is the single biggest leap forward in film and TV technology since the invention of celluloid. It’s failed previously because the technology was too limited and expensive.

Alexander Palm challenges the limits of 3D, always trying to take stereo 3D content to the next level.

He is passionate about healthy 3D, that´s why Alexander Palm learned to calculate all stereoscopic 3D physics himself, making sure the audience will enjoy the 3D experience without any eyestrain issues.
